The Community Trade Mark

A Community Trade Mark Registration (CTM) protects your mark in all member states of the European Union. Currently these are:

As and when new states join the EU existing CTM’s will automatically be extended to these new countries with effect from their date of accession.

Our Trade Mark attorneys, all of whom are entitled to act before the Community Trade Marks Office (OHIM), handle a large number of CTM applications and regularly represent clients in opposition and other proceedings before the OHIM.
